Tau vs space wolves 1200 points

First off I want to apologize I want this to be my first full battle report unfortunately time was a issue.  So are game was cut short, but I will be doing a rematch this saturday. Even tho the match last to turn 4 I learned alot in that short amount of time. But before I start rambling lets get the lists we used and a brief turn by turn overview.

Space wolves win the roll for first, tau fail to steal initiavite the game ended on turn 4 due to time(had to pick up the girlfriend from work) long story short I lost 5-2. Tau killing 3 out of 4 of my Rhinos and Venerable dreadnought and got line breaker. I got first blood and killed a squad of fire warriors in assualt with the dreadnought(just in time to get melta'd in the face by bodyguard). I made a few mistakes like trying to charge threw difficult terrian, bottle necking rhinos due to terrian and accepting a challenge from a shaper with my wolf lord who failed to kill him while grey hunters killed the rest of the kroot in 1 round of assault . If I had to pick a MVP on my side it would be the dreadnought he never missed with the plasma cannon even with bs5. For Tau it would be the broadsides followed by his commander.

 I have mixed feelings about Rhinos now in 6th ed against tau forget about it but I need to play against different armies before I write them off as a lost cause. I am going to be getting more drop pods tho only have 2.  Saturday is the rematch and I will be ready.

I recognise my failings and will be sure to correct it.
