SW/Necron lists ideas for 6th

These are just a few lists I wrote up when I was bored hoping to get in a few games with my 1000 point list this week against my buddy and his tau empire.

First list :  1000 points
Army: Space wolves

Basically my tactic's with this list is race forward with the 3 squads WL will be in the 9 man squad and be my primary assault unit with both plasma squads laying down fire support. The dreadnought will drop on a flank and lend fire support/draw fire.

I like this list but not to sure about the Rhino's with the new hull points especially against tau with hammerheads/broadsides. I would prefer drop pods but I only own 2 atm so I may have to proxy some in the future. Not sure about the drop pod on the dreadnought might drop it and upgrade the dread to a Venerable dreadnought. I know the wolf lord is expensive but I prefer them over wolf/Rune priests I like how he is kitted out with combi-melta and wolf claw for opening up tanks and carving up the squishy fish dudes inside.

This list I call the phalanx just because in the 3 games for 6th I played against my buddies tau I have gone 2 wins and 1 draw and the only full sqaud I lost was the destroyers. My strategy with this list is having the warrior squad in front with a lord and the 2 squads of immortals with a lord and overlord in each squad and weather the storm and get into that sweet 24" range give them hell. The destroyers are there to either hunt his battlesuits or go after his broadsides.
